Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Our fees cover travel, time on site, and administrative processing.

Cancellations

Non‑Refundable Services

Once a notarial or apostille act has been completed, fees for that service are non‑refundable. If you provide incorrect or incomplete documents or identification that prevent us from performing the notarization or apostille, we cannot issue a refund for the scheduled appointment.

Errors or Issues

If a notarization or apostille is performed incorrectly due to our error, we will make it right at no additional charge. However, we are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect information you supplied or by third‑party agencies.
